1.1 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Heeka website and its AI-powered health information chatbot ("Heeka", the "Service", "we", "us", or "our").

1.2 Heeka is NOT a doctor, healthcare provider, or medical professional.

Heeka is an artificial intelligence chatbot that provides general, non-personalized health and medical information only. It does NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. All responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

ALWAYS consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
NEVER disregard or delay professional medical advice because of anything you read or receive from Heeka.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Heeka. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

1.4 By accessing or using Heeka, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

Heeka provides general educational information only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, legal, or other professional advice. No doctor-patient or privileged relationship is created.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

You use Heeka entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its outputs.

4. AI Limitations & Accuracy

Heeka uses large language models and other AI technologies. Outputs:

Are probabilistic and may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies
Are not reviewed or verified by medical professionals
May vary over time or with the same input

We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use Heeka for emergency medical needs
Represent Heeka's responses as professional medical advice
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI model or source code
Use the Service in violation of any law
Input protected health information
Automate access or overload the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Heeka and all content, technology, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-Party Services

Heeka may use third-party AI providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING HEALTH-RELATED HARM, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR LOST PROFITS), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above may not all apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of Heeka or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware (without regard to conflict of laws principles).
